When you join our waitlist, we collect:
- Email address — This is the only personal information we collect during the waitlist phase.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, location data, or any other personal information at this time.
Why We Collect It
We collect your email address for a single purpose:
- To notify you when SnapFill launches and is available for use
We will not use your email for marketing purposes beyond launch notification unless you explicitly opt in to receive additional updates.
How It's Stored
Your email address is stored securely in an encrypted cloud database. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
Who Has Access
Only the SnapFill team has access to waitlist email addresses. We limit access to the minimum number of team members necessary to manage the waitlist and prepare for launch.
We Don't Share or Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or give your email address to third parties. Period.
The only exception would be if required by law (e.g., a valid legal subpoena) or to protect our rights and safety.
Data Retention
We will retain your email address until:
- We send the launch notification, or
- You request deletion of your data
After launch, you may choose to create a SnapFill account, at which point a separate privacy policy will apply to your use of the product.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request deletion — Email us at unisaban@outlook.com to remove your email from our waitlist
- Request access — Ask what data we have stored about you
- Request correction — Update your email address if needed
We will respond to all privacy requests within 30 days.
Policy Updates
We may update this privacy policy as our product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify waitlist members via email before the changes take effect.
The latest version of this policy will always be available at this page, with the "Last Updated" date at the top.
